Cookie policy

This is a translation for your convenience. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) also applies to other ways of storing or reading data in the browser, such as local or session storage.

2. What this website uses

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, either its own or third-party ones. It does not use advertising. While you are just browsing, it does not store anything in your browser’s storage either.

Only when you ask for it is the bare minimum stored to provide that service. Because it is strictly necessary, it does not require consent, which is why the website does not show a cookie banner:

  • Demo number (this website’s session storage): when you request it, the number is stored in the tab so you are not asked again on other pages. It is deleted when you close the tab.
  • Bot check (the verification service’s storage, on its own domain): when you request the demo number or send the form, the service that checks it is you and not an automated program stores a technical value it needs for that check. It is a security measure.

In addition, the hosting provider may set a technical security cookie (__cf_bm or cf_clearance) when it detects suspicious traffic, to check that the visit comes from a person. It is strictly necessary for the security of the website and does not require consent.

To find out how the website is used, it loads a measurement script from the provider that hosts it, served from its own domain. Without cookies and without storing anything in your browser, it records the page viewed, the referring page, the type of browser and device, the country and loading times for each visit. It is only used for aggregate statistics: it does not identify you. There is more detail in the privacy policy.

3. How to manage it

If you do not want your visit to be measured, you can block that script with your browser’s privacy options or a content blocker. The website works just the same. You can delete what is stored in your browser at any time from its privacy options; if you block the bot check, you can write to us at info@konai.es to ask for the demo number or send us your query.

4. Changes and contact

If the website ever adds cookies that require consent, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before using them. For any questions, write to legal@konai.es. The owner's identification details are in the legal notice.
