Why Konai was born
We started Konai because we saw the same thing everywhere.
We’re Koldo and Unai, from the Basque Country. Here almost everyone knows someone with a workshop, a shop or a small business, and almost all of them say the same thing: the phone never stops, the paperwork piles up and there’s never time for what matters.
Meanwhile, technology moves faster and faster. Artificial intelligence and cybersecurity change every few months, and nobody explains it to small businesses in their own language. Big companies have whole departments for this. Small ones don’t.
That’s why Konai was born. We want a ten-person business to be able to work with the same tools as one with a thousand, without jargon and without never-ending projects. We sit down with you, understand how you work and build only what genuinely takes work off your plate.
There are two of us. When you call, you talk to us, and the person who explains the project is the one who builds it. If something won’t be useful to you, we’ll tell you.
